Shipping policy

Our Standard Delivery Time is 2 to 5 working days (not including weekends)

It takes 2 to 5 working days to deliver your order within UAE if the traffic is normal, if it takes longer then it means that there are very high traffic or unnatural causes in some parts of cities etc..  Delivery outside of City limits (less relevant areas) are subjected to additional charges based on the category and size of the products which may start from AED60.

 

Rates  

Standard Shipping fee is free in Dubai/ above in some cases (your orders will be manually edited & you will be notified)

Outside the City Limits fee is starting from AED 60.00 (we will contact you after you have selected standard shipping to update you about any changes.)

In cases of non-servisable areas shipment rates vary from each order/package size/location or destination etc. You will be contacted for the rate update.
